It's built as a slightly more advanced, faster-shifting take on the base game, packed with new Goals, Rules, Actions, and Surprise cards layered on top of the Keepers you already recognize from classic Fluxx.
As always, the rules change as you play — what counts as winning one turn might be worthless the next — so stay flexible and read every new card carefully.
